Kevan Karraker was born and raised in Farmington, Missouri. He graduated Cum Laude from Southeast Missouri State University, earning a degree in Law Enforcement. He received a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University in 1983 and, after passing the bar exam, returned to his hometown.

Kevan has served as both Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney for St. Francois County. He also served as a board member on the Missouri chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Kevan joined the Law Firm of Robert Manley as an Associate, then later as a full Partner, and built what is now MK&K, P.C.

Kevan is a NAELA member and acts as a guest speaker on issues related to elder law, estate planning, and asset protection. He is a proud father of two and a grandfather of three.
Vonne Karraker hails from Catron, Missouri. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in French. After receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University, Vonne worked for Progressive Insurance Companies and the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court.

In Farmington, Vonne worked as a staff attorney for Legal Services of Southern Missouri until opening her private practice in 2006. In 2012 she joined Kevan to form MK&K, P.C. Vonne served a term on the Farmington City Council and was a board member for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity of St. Francois County, East Ozarks Audubon Society, and Committee for the Preservation of the Negro Masonic Cemetery.

Vonne also co-spearheaded Legacy Fest, a multi-county, multi-generational festival that annually pays homage to Veterans and serves as an information clearinghouse for Elder issues. Vonne is a board member of NAELA and frequent guest speaker on issues related to Elder Law and Miller Trusts. She is also known as "Nannie" by her three children.
Robert B. Manley (1916-2009) attended Southeast Missouri State University and the University of Michigan before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. Admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1942, he served in World War II aboard the destroyers USS McDougal and USS Hawkins.

Robert joined the law firm of J.P. Cayce in 1946, where he practiced until Cayce's death. He and Kevan formed Manley and Karraker, P.C. in 1985.
Sarah (left) is from Denton, Texas. She is currently studying for her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She is a proud mother and the assistant of Kevan Karraker.

Murry and Opal came to MK&K, P.C. as a result of a failed multi-year campaign for an office koala. The pair of sugar gliders, personally owned by Kevan and Vonne, can often be found sleeping at the office.
Rooney is the official "office greeter." He loves spending his days at the office meeting new people and serving as a relaxing presence to those who may otherwise feel anxious or uncomfortable when meeting with an attorney.
